Internet Explorer download problem

this has a registry fix but it's been 6 hours total time and i cant' seem to find it. when i click on a link to download a .zip file, it automatically opens the file instead of asking for a save or open from location prompt...

where is this reg fix...

go to My Computer/View on the menu/Folder Options/File types tab

scroll to the zip entry. Highlight it.
Select Edit
Check "Confirm Open after download"

A few months ago someone posted a question about the Startup Logo. For the life of me, I couldn't remember the tweak. I think Simon chimed in with Logo=o in msdos.sys.
