I'm really stumped on this one. I installed Win2k on a clean system, but for some reason Win2k keeps resetting all my display/network settings everytime I restart. And that's only the beginning of it...it also resets the display drivers, network adapter drivers, chipset drivers, etc. that I have changed before I restarted to the default Microsoft drivers. So I'm really stumped. If anyone else has this problem please let me know and any suggestions would be great. I'm desperate!!!

My system:

Gigabyte GA-VXE+ (VIA Apollo Pro chipset)
Celeron 566
Maxtor 8.7Gb UDMA66 (Model 90871U2)
Nvidia TNT2 M64
192Mb RAM

sounds to me as if Win2K is booting to Safe Mode - but J believe you would have seen and mentioned the Safe Mode markers on the screen.
