I am running a network where I Need to be able to lock down the C-drive So that I can control what is installed. However I have a program that I need to load that needs administrative access to run. My question is, are there any registry hacks that you can specify what acount and password you need so that the user is not prompted the program just launches? Or can you specify a password from the command line option? Does anyone know?

the standard solution J now to this problem is, run the app as a service with Admin permissions set, and restrict users to access the servce.
The Win2K Resource Kit should have the utilities to set up a regular program as a service.
