Windows Explorer always opens to My Docs frist

Whenever I load Explorer, My Documents has concentration (is selected and explanded) while all other Icons, such as My Computer ar not expanded. This is a clean install of W2K and I have seen other people's machines where this is not the case. Any clues how to get my Explorer to default to My Computer instead of My Documents?

just an idea is that you could move the location of My Documents or remove it from the desktop using TweakUI and see if that makes a difference.

I just found a post by reghakr and he said to make the shortcut for Explorer to read:

C:\WINDOWS\EXPLORER.EXE /n,/e,C:\

That did the trick!

Create a shortcut to C:\WinNT\Explorer.exe /e, under properties make sure the startup location is changed to "C:\" and that it's set to run MAXIMIZED. The /n switch works in earlier versions but seems buggy in Win2K.
