disabling hotkeys

How do you disable hotkeys in windows 95/98? like the win + e key that lets you explore window or win + f that lets you find files hotkeys like those also ctrl-alt-del combination. Any I ideas on how to do this for find out how to do this. Or any information about how hot keys work. Is there any way to customize hotkeys or create your own?

There is probably a way to disable hot keys but they have been written into the os code so well in makes it quite challenging to do so. You can personalize your own hot keys for specific programs to run...Just right click on a shortcut and properties...from there...hightlight the shortcut key and select te keys you'd like. It should show up in the box..
