When I start my pc (win-me) the dial-up program opens up. This started after I installed Cyber Patrol. How can I stop it from opening without my asking it to?

run this program ++system information+++ (should be on your start menu somewhere)
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\MSINFO\MSINFO32.EXE"
After you start the program look under System information/software Environment/Startup Programs/
This will show you all of the programs starting at start up and where they are started from
also can you find anywhere in your dialer to do not run on startup

check thru the cyber patrol options (as cyber patrol admin), J am not sure anymore won the nameing but you will have requested an automativ update of the control files every time cyber patrol starts. disable this option. remember to manually download the most current setting periodically.
