Hey, when i watch any like video file on my computer, there are dots all over the video
like this

you got the point... anybody know whats wrong? what can i do???? HELP

Some general pointers although I don't know for certain what is causing it.
From experience I would look at the following -
1)try uninstalling the software your using for video
playback and then reinstalling it.
2)try dowloading the file again and playing it if step
1) was of no help.
3)try searching the web for updated video drivers.
Try the munufacturers website and if no joy there then goto driverguide.com
4)Is it a video cd? Try downloading aonther application suitable for the video format that you are playing.
If this doesn't help -
Test your video card in a friends machine to see if you get the same problem and if so- you need to change your card for a new one.

normally when that happens it means the Mem on the videocard is going bad. but normally your system would lock up alot when your playing really graphic games.
