is there any way to change the color of the writing under icons on the desktop in WIN98se?

You can change the background, by right clicking on the desktop->properties->appearance->desktop
but I'm sure you know that.

yup, i sure do. i need to change the color of the text under the icons on the desktop. very specific here. there is an option of changing the text color for icons in general, but aperently that doesnt apply to those icons on the desktop - and those are the ones i want to change. im beginning to doubt the possibilty, but if it is possible, i imagine you would need to do it in the registry. any ideas?
