NOT FOR WIMPS!!...truly 100% default browser

I've done all that I know to insure that Netscape is my default browser. Certain programs
( ie. Gator , Juno ) insist on trying to open IE instead!. A small panel reading Internet Explorer
will appear , alternating with "file download" windows , in a continuing cycle for 20 secs. or so.
Then finally , it gives in and opens Netscape. Sometimes ( I think) an internet appl. may
trigger this chaos, also. Most annoying ! Anything I can get to in registry , or a file association?

I noticed you had some keywords in there juno and gator they are the problem on your putter

Since I have moved to the big city I was able to get local access numbers to free ISP services juno was one of them

I tried gator and a bunch of other stuff to I have tried them all and my final disscussion is to get rid of all of them and stick with a ISP that I have to pay for..... Using IE 6.0 and if you want you can uncheck the box in the IE options window under the programs tab to have IE not check to see if it is default..............
all of these services try to get control of your putter and keep control of it then they all get into a fight.....*** the fight goes on in the registry ***.......It was fun trying to figure out how to get my putter back under my control

I did find that they had put adware and spyware on the putter also my keyboard was sending info of my key strokes to somewhere and my IE would crash ever five seconds

P.S. I needed to do some back up stuff and I was going to buy some zip drives but for the price a new hard drive was a better buy so I have set up a new hard drive and transfered my users info to it........and as owner and manager of this puter all of this other stuff is prohibited from ever going on it.........
