Create a Shortcut to Reboot or Log-Off Windows

I get the following error when trying to create the shortcut as specified on the first tip at
http://www.winguides.com/registry/ (http://www.winguides.com/external.php?url=http://www.winguides.com/registry/)

Below is my shortcut...
C:\WINDOWS\RUNDLL32.EXE shell32,SHExitWindowsEx 1

But I get the following error...
Error in shell32
Missing entry:SHExitWindowsEx

Rundll32 info...
OS: Windows95
DLL version: 4.00.950
Size: 8,192 bytes

you are writing this post in the WinNT/2K forum, so J assume you are actually running one of the OSes.

Please note that the mentioned tweak was noted to be only for the Win9x/Me OSes.
