Hi,
On my Win2k system, about 2months now since upgrading from Win98, I knew that System State was to revert to the "state" my PC was last saved using this feature.
Since this upgrade I did a System State once I had converted to Win2k. Even with some problems I was still encounting due to hardware compatibility issues!
When these issues were resolved I used the System State to realize the changes I had implemented.
Back then I didn't know that the size of the file was continuing to grow until I decided that (couple days ago) since all my compatible issues and all have been resolved since, I anticipated in thinking I should delete the one I first started out with and make a new one.
The only thing I saw was that my 1st System State had grew to a 950mb in size. Now, the new one which I had done recently is about 227mb.
I want to know was this a good idea?
If not, can you explain why it wasn't! Im pretty nervous, that I hope Ive havent done something potentially dangerous!
Cheers
