compatability mode paging

In WinME, all my drives are using MS-DOS compatability mode file system.How do I correct the problem; exactly how do I ID the conflicting (ie: real-mode driver) driver in Config.sys or Autoexec.bat? Thanks for any help!

The system should not even look at the config and autoexec file.......what kind of HDD is it??

Is there more then one?

There is no real-mode in ME. Here's info from Microsoft:

THANKS for the help! I'm running 2 HD's, Maxtor 80gb and WD 20gb on a Raid ATA Controller Card.

THANKS for the help! You found what I couldn't. Am running 2 HD's on a Raid ATA100 Controller.
I'm going to check th MB set-up CD for possible solutions too.
