Using Windows 98 IE: When I open the computer - Select the printer icon on the disktop - Choose printer in Windows - The printer icon in this window has an X super-imposed on it. Is there a simple correction? Thanks,

Is it out of ink or toner?

have you tried to re-install the printer?
