Mouse pointers

My mouse pointers are behaving strange lately. All my pointers are half cut. eg half cut hourglass, half arrow , half hand. I am running windows 2000.I even tried the latest mouse drivers as well. The same mouse is working fine in windows ME. Any help is appreciated.
