anybody know how to schedule auto-reboot for a win9x machine?

Make sure you have IE4.0 or greater installed -- then use Control Panel -> Scheduled Tasks and add a new task to reboot at a set time using the command:

C:\WINDOWS\RUNDLL32.EXE shell32,SHExitWindowsEx 2
