I need change StartUp screens when W2000 is begun. Does somebody know as do it?

No, you cannot change the default startup screens for W2K or WinXP. They are no longer editable files. Someone may have written software to modify them, but if someone has, I've never seen it. To the best of my knowledge, they've (Micro$oft) removed this "feature" from the OS.

I spoke too soon!!!!! Here's the skinny, IT IS POSSIBLE! (don't I feel like an idiot??? ;O)

In order to modify the W2K startup logo you have to be aware of a few things up front:

The logo is a 16 color (not bit) bitmap that is 640 by 480 in size. It is built into the ntoskrnl.exe.
W2k file protection will not let you just modify this file and place it in the system32 directory, it will be overwritten shortly thereafter with the original.
Knowing this you'll need a tool to pull apart the ntoskrnl.exe and replace the bitmap. I'm using a tool called "Resource Hacker". This is available here:

Can we remove the splash dialog boxes also which come at the startup and shutdown time.
