Quick Launch Bar Problem

I use Windows 95 and my quick launch bar disappears everytime I restart the computer. I have to right click on the toolbar and turn it on again. Another problem I have is I have turned off the Auto Hide Feature for the toolbar and it keeps hiding everytime I restart the computer. How do I fix these 2 problems? Thank you.

Backup the registry and/or export the following keys:
go to Start>Run, type regedit. Navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\Explorer
if you see an entry named NoSaveSettings with a value of 1, right-click on it, choose modify and type in the number 0.
