Delete Temp Int Files

Is there a place in the registry where I can specify to delete the Temporary Internet Files when the browser is closed or when the user logs off? This is a setting in IE, but is does not always work.

To my knowledge there is only that once setting.
J believe the problem is when a user logs off and IE does not have enough time to do the housekeeping. Also if IE gets killed rather than can close the regular way there will be remains about.
The cleanup is an IE feature and not one of Windows.
