Hi,
I have a motherboard PC CHIPS M 726 with the following hardware:
Pentium II 350 Mhz
64 MB RAM
Hard disk: maxtor 15 GB
Sound Card: Soundblaster AWE 64 (ISA)
Video Card: Diamond speedstar A50
Fax Modem: Phoebe. Cirrus logic (Internal)
Windows Millenium (before I have used Win 98 and 98 SE)
I HAVE FLUSHED THE BIOS TO THE LASTEST VERSION.

PROBLEM: The system in general is stable, but 4 or 5 times a week the PC gets SYSTEM REGISTRY ERRORS at the end of the boot up. I have had this problem since the Computer was brand new and using win 98, win 98 SE and Me. I have repaired the registry many times, but the next boot up again gets errors.
Norton utilities 2001 did not find any problem.
I have tryed different video cards, hard disks, RAM and nothig.
I suspect some motherboard incompatibility.

Please help me, I need my computer working fine

I would be grateful for any help

Hi - actually one of the most surprising reasons for registry errors, as you describe it, is a bad memory chip ! You mentioned that you check out the RAM - but give it another try (swap memory chip carriers if double, or exchange against others if available).
