Where in the registry on NT Workstation

Where in the registry on NT4 Workstation can I find the place where I can modify the 'Empty Temporary Internet Files when browser is closed' check box setting that is on the Advanced tab of Internet Explorer 5 and up? I need to modify this setting on approximately 200 workstations and I can not even find the registry key.

Please help if you can and thanks in advance BIG TIME!

Howto:
(1) make sure key KHKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\In ternet Settings\Cache exists.
(2) add or modify the value name "Persistent"=0
