Disable Security folder in Windows 2000

Can someone tell me who to disable the 'security' folder ( when you right click on a network drive )
on windows 2000 / NT4 system

I assume you mean the security TAB? It's there if you are connected to an NTFS volume or a Network Share. The only way to "remove" it (and this IS NOT SAFE) is to replace files in your WinNT directory, and I believe you would not want to do that.
