Cleaning Hard Drive

Help!

Is there a way to successfully and safely wipe the hard drive clean back to its original configuration? I don't see much other choice at this point. It all started when I downloaded some "cheats" for Diablo II. Since then, nothing works properly and I can load new software.

I am running a GateWay computer. Windows 98, 288 RAM, and 10 Gig of memory. Anything of importance, I have already saved to disk. I have tried running First Aid, etc…but nothing seems to help. Any advice? I apologize in advance if this isn't the correct place to post this queston.

I telll you exactly that i not understand your question,may be if you have problems with Diablo II editor try Jamellas Editor Tool for Diablo it's work great and you make everything what you want with your hero.If you have any problems with your hard drive ask...we will glad to help you but ask more easy:)
