Does anyone know of an utility that determines which hotfixes have/have not been applied to NT4/IIS4

Connect the registry of the machine and look in the following hive:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Hotfix
