Okay we have all heard the pros and cons about the GeForce 3. However does anyone have any recommendations on WHICH geforce 3 to get? Elsa and Hercules seem to be at the top of the line but I know a lot of people have problems w/ Elsa. Any feedback is greatly appreciated! :o)

thanx

GF3's are not so very different from each other.
Visiontek and Leadtek are some of the fastest.
Asus however is the most complete.
Myself, i got a Leadtek, fast and simple. It uses the normal nvidia drivers. No tv-in.
Asus Deluxe has tv-in/out, but i think it uses special asus drivers (slower) because the asus differs from the nvidia reference design.

Thanks for your input. So you would suggest that if I wanted a GF3 Card with the TV In/Out to go with an Asus or the Vision-Tek right?

thanx

indeed.
check Hard-OCP (http://www.hardocp.com) for some reviews.
VisionTek recieved some good reviews.
I haven't seen a Asus review yet but my v7100 GF2MX still works perfect. And it's really complete. A lot of bundeld software and cables for tv-out. Think it's the same with the GF3.
Only my GF2MX uses a Chrontel tv chipset so i have to use the special asus drivers. (bit slower)
My LeadTek works great. The 3D-Mark 2001 nature test is really great :)

Check out these review with 7 (7!!) GF3 cards.
Asus came up best, most complete.
