Remove Taskbar

Does anyone, ANYONE know a registry tweak to remove my taskbar (I don't mean just hide it, i mean remove it)? I've searched everywhere, so far without succes. Any help would be great!

not possible - how would you ever get at the Start button - the central switch on this user interface.

But if you are running a special application standalone, consider to start your application as a shell program rather than Windows Explorer. But you are then responsible for a clean shutdown, that will require some extra functionality and security permission settings.
