hi everyone i hope someone can help.im new to the forum,im not very good with computers really and barely know the basics,i have a virus on my pc its called trojan horse pakes.aw avg keeps picking it up but never gets rid of it i get the warning pop up all the time ive done a full system scan with spy doctor aswell but this trojan is still ther !!! someone suggested doing a system restore but when i tried to do it the option had disappeared,my pc is running so slow and keeps jamming up please could someone give me some advice ?
