Missing Uninstalling files. need help

Well im working with Malwarebytes to help me get rid of a Malware problem and i'm unable to get to any sites of download there products soo they told me to disable your product " Spyware Doctor With Anti Virus" and well its not running ( so i can tell) and i can't open it or right click scan anything anymore.
I'm trying to uninstall and well it wont let me. it just tells me in a small box
"stopping Spyware Doctor" so i went to here on forums and i read a ost like my problem and i suggestion was to re download. so i re-download it ontop on the old one and now it saids im missing the unins001.msg file althoughwhen i look in the file under program files>spyware doctor i see unins001.msg & unins000.msg

So please Help me uninstall your product please.

Reinstall SD and then try uninstalling again. Appears the uninstall file may have become corrupt somehow.

Uninstall.

If you can not uninstall and even if you can, make sure that \program files\spyware doctor flder is deleted.

re-boot.

re-install.

if that does not work, try it in safe mode.

Ok so i got the file deleted and now when i try reinstalling(after i rebooted) it just Hangs there on isntalling screen(looks like 100%) "Creating Registry Entries"
Same Proble m i Had When installing malwarebytes it would hang at the last part of installing. intill they gave me this certain file of malwarebytes that was all randomly named

Edit: also it dosen't let me canle or hit the [X} button and when i try it just makes that beep sound.

Before we go too far, on a level of 1-3 (one being high), how to you rate yourself technically?

The reason that I ask this is that you probably have a very infected PC.

Could you shutdown SD, unzip the file attached and copy the file into the SD directory and see if this helps (c:\Program Files\Spyware Doctor)-> Try uninstalling.

Well i'll say about a 2 i can get around my computer and open hidden files and such. but i have had this computer since 2002 and was clean no virus protection i didnt browser the web much just used for typing. intill i downloaded the malware rogue...

Well Nothing indercates thats SD is on. nothing in taskmanger or in the taskbar right by the clock.

Ok so i lcick on it got the Opening File option i hit Open With then the file came up from another screen i copy that into the SD folder. And i got Error message saying
C:\Program Files\Spyware Doctor\unins001.dat" Is currupted cannot uninstall.

Now i don't know if just opening was unzipping but thats what i did i never had to unzip something before.

Could you send us the install logs? and if possible uninstall logs (if any of the uninstall logs have been generated).

1. Click on Start
2. select Run (This steps for Window XP user only)
3. type %temp% and click Ok
4. Find the file below
5. Setup Log YYYY-MM-DD.txt
6. Attach the file to the next reply.

If you see "Uninstall Log xxxx-xx-xx.txt" in the same location as above, could you please send this as well.

I don't know what version i have been unable to open it for 3months now due to this "RootKit.TDSS" i cant get rid on my computer and maybe other virus that malwarebytes isn't picking up.

I'm not sure if this is what your looking for but Here is what i found that i think is it.

Theres like 10+ setup folders thats say " SetupLog 2010-02-07 xx# " numbers 1-12 going up with each next file.

Couldn't find anything like YYY-MM

Comp[uters acting weird..weird sounds and frezzing im just gunna call microsoft tommrow and see what they can do.. i dont car if i lose all my files as long as it works and all the basic drivers r there ill start anew.
