user internet

Hi, My problem is that at this moment only a administrator is allowed to connect to the internet.
Does anybody know how to change that (ps win2000 proffesionall SP2) Cause i know that in SP1 it works for normal users!!!!

Did you define for each normal user the connection and internet options to use this connection ?
Or do you mean since adding SP2 the users lost this ability.
