How to disable the username and password fields?

How to disable the username and password fields in the dial-up conexion box?
I am using NT Workstation 4.0

J don't have NT anymore, so my adise is based on Win2K. Some of the DUN otions have been moved around between OS releases.

Open Network and Dial-up Connections (from the Control Panel).
Select your connection definition.
Display its Properties dialog.
Select the Options tab.
You should see a list of checkbox dialing options, one of them labeled "Prompt for Username and Password" - clear the mark.
