I have a Logitech QuickCam Home Camera, Every time i try to install the new software version 3.50 or other software the following message appears after it freezes. MS:RAYTUBES32BITBUDDY Is not responding. Now logitech say itts because of Norton Anti virus and i should run a clean install. well ive tried that many times and have reformatted the drive and still the same. Now they tell me its an MS problem to do with Windows Me but Microsoft wont tell them the answer. Is there anyone out there can please help me and if anyone has an intel Camera and is running Windows Me and not having a prob then please inform me and i will buy an Intel. I have An Athlon 900 256 mg ram and am running Windows ME.Sincere thanks to all who reply

very common problem with WINDOWS ME, they send out drivers on the CD's for win98 NOT me, try to find a new driver for your camera on the makers web site, my neigbour had the same problem with a printer, it took us 1 month to find the ME driver & since then there printer works fine
