Trojan.sasfis anyone?

hello there. How can i remove trojan.sasfis from my laptop. i have the latest spyware doctor with antivirus. The program detects and removes the trojan but then when i scan it again the troja.sasfis is detected and removed again. This keeps happening again nd again everytime i scan the computer with spyware doctor. someone plz help me remove this trojan. thank you.

Try running a full scan in safemode. See if this removes the threat.
