When I opened Spyware Doctor this morning, I was a bit shocked to see that 'IntelliGuard Protection is LIMITED'.

When I click on the IntelliGuard buttom to change the setting, the only options available are various amounts of time to keep it off, or turning it off permanently.

How did it get set to LIMITED, and how do I get it turned back on?

Running XP SP3, SD 7.0.0.508

Click on the InteliGuard button on the far left middle.

Which InteliGuards are disabled (gray)?

If any of the Guards have been set to disabled, then it will show the 'Limited' status.

If Behavior Guard, Site Guard or Email Guard has been disabled, you can enable this in MyAccount (http://www.pctools.com/forum/showthread.php?t=48180) as these Guards are linked to your subscription. The other Guards can be enabled by clicking on 'IntelliGuard'-> click on the Guard that is Greyed out as mentioned by Haapy-> Enable Guard.

For Behavior Guard (If you have ThreatFire installed), you cannot activate this Guard, so you may want to disable Behavior Guard in MyAccount.

Thanks, guys. Somehow, my Browser Guard became disabled. That in itself is a bit concerning, as I didn't do it through the Spyware Doctor settings. I had recently changed my Security Level in IE8 to try to get Foxnews videos to work again after they changed formats. Could this have disabled Browser Guard? I guess I could test that myself.

No, I just tried raising and lowering the security level, but that didn't affect SD.

I've done SD and AV scans and have no problems, so...

Another mystery.

Thanks again.
