"Find Menu" edit

Hi!
Is there a way to edit "Start --> Find" menu? So far I know how to delete certain entries (e.g. "People", "On the Internet") but I have no idea how to ADD entries. I would like to have two types of entries:

1. Find a specific file type with a specific path (e.g. all .doc files in My Documents\Word\Documents Petr, etc.)

2. "Find viruses..." using a specific antivirus software (I am using Norton Antivirus 2000).

I know how to make the entry appear there (with the icon) in 2. but I can't execute anything. And I am totally lost in 1.

Any help???? What is the logic behind the entries? Thanks! I know there are ways to go round but I want to have this in my Start menu.
