PC Tools team,

I just checked my credit card and saw that I have been charged for something?

Details as follows:

Transaction date: 26/09/09
Posting Date: 28/09/09:
Details: DRI* PCTOOLS.COM
Reference: 952-908-4084 / 74313309270938202034621
29.95USD

Either way, can someone please help me and cancel this charge - I have not purchased anything from PC Tools in years?

Please help ASAP.

Dear Bill,

PC Tools customer support would gladly assist you with your query and locate the charge. Where possible they would also cancel the order.

What you need to do is send an email to support@pctools.com and include as much information as possible about your subscription so it could be easily located.

Info to include:
- email address provided at the time of purchase.
- Approx time of purchase
- License code or order number if you still have it
- License name which sometimes could be your full name
- Billing address provided at the time of purchase.

I have the same problem. It is aggrevated by the support pages on the pctools site not allowing any form of communication WHATSOEVER with the company without a valid license number. No email, phone, chat, etc.

It's always interesting to see innovation in poor customer service. This is a real innovation. Well done.

Just charged me 39.95 for some renewal or something, I dont even use this program anymore.... I emailed custom support and Achen, I really hope this gets resolved and I get my money back!
