I'd like to know how the default installation directory of "Windows 98 " be changed from the "Program Files" to any other.

For Example : From "c:\Program Files" to "c:\My Programs"

This is because my windows partition is getting over and so i am not able to install any in my default directory. I can change the installation directory each and every time but I am sure the must be some way of changing the default directory.

Please help me

if you do not have the Tweakui.cpl utility yet, get it from the Downloads section of the Registry Guide on this site.
Install, call it from the ControlPanel, choose the MyComputer tab, in the Specail Folders area, choose Program Files from the drop down and use Change Location to redefine the new default.
(PM J personally have on each harddisk drive letter a "Program Files" (same name everywhere) directory to distribute my apps.)
