Investigating the purchase ($39.95) and ths subscription cost, but when I went to the Renew page, it wants a license and does not tell you the price of renewal.

What is the annual subscription price?

I assume you are referring to Spyware Doctor with AntiVirus?
The renewal price will the same as the purchase price the following year.
The price is displayed during the checkout process.
