c:\3J2HOTF.BAT suspicious alert after New install

Hey PCtools and anyone else,
After a new clean install of Spyware doctor w/anti-virus, I tried to open my C drive(double click on "my Computer" icon) and received an immediate Spyware "suspicious activity" pop up warning to quarantine or allow," C:\3J2HOTF.BAT"!
I am running Windows XP ser pack 3 on a Dell XPS 400 tower. Has any one encountered this warning?? When I Googled the warning it took me to a Vietnamese Yahoo Page( uh Oh)!Could this be computer H1N1? :eek:

Sounds mighty suspicious to me.

You should probably zip up the bat file for posting and analysis as well as your history file. Then quarantine it.
