View Full Version : Spyware Doctor Antivirus Subscription

Hello,

I purchased Spyware Doctor with Antivirus on October 25th, 2009. It has been working fine until yesterday. It now says my Antivirus Subscription is inactive?
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no success. I have verified my license key.

I submitted a service ticket last night. I'm not sure how long it generally takes to get a reply. I'm just nervous not having virus protection!

I purchased Spyware Doctor with Antivirus. Not an upgrade from Spyware Doctor. It worked fine for several days until yesterday. When I log into my account there is no AV plugin to activate, only an option to upgrade to Spyware Doctor wit antivirus for $10 - I paid $40 for the version which already includes antivirus.

this is clearly a case for a pm to achen.

if you are really, really nervous upgrade again, protect your computer and then ask achen to help with the refund.

Hmm. Submit a trouble ticket and PM achen with the info.

He will be back on the forum about 3PM Pacific and will be able to sort it out.

Thank you everyone for your replies. I have already submitted a ticket. Do I need to do anything further at this point? I am new to using forums. I'm not sure how to pm achen?
