Disabling Ctrl-Alt-Del

Is Ctrl-Alt-Del able to be disabled so that the Shutdown/Task Manager dialog doesn't appear, either via a registry setting or programatically via VB ?

Have discovered a nifty shareware prog from Flexware Integration that does the trick, called SecureKeys Desktop.

However I still need to know how to implement the disabling of ctrl-alt-del myself programmatically ... anyone got any ideas?
