Problems copying CDs on Windows Vista

Hi,

I have problems copying CDs/DVDs using cd creator and Windows Vista, when I try to burn a cd it says that the cd drive is in use by another user. I deleted all users and still getting the message.

Any idea why am I getting this message even when the user it says its using it doesn't exist?
