[Chaos Nightmare]

Hello, I recently scanned my computer with ThreatExpert and gave me this any help would be much appreciatted and another problem is that spyware doctor with antivirus is saying blocked Application.Maybe_RougeAV is their anything i can do to find this?

Are you sure it didn't say ROGUE rather than ROUGE? A rogue AV is a malware program masquerading as a good anti-malware program. Usually they are very damaging to a PC.

Please check your Sypware Doctor history log, there should be more information in there and you can google the findings.
