Error. Iexplore..page fault module in Kernel32.dl

I have at least 10 comps here that have been giving me this error when surfing the local intranet. I have tried diffrent things like doing a repair on IE 5.5, uninstalling it back to 5.0...exc.. Could it be something with the Local Intranet server? any ideas?
