Hey everyone, am I the only one having this problem?
I have SD 6.1.0.447 installed on Windows 7, but I can never access the application as it is always minimized to the to the system tray icon down at the bottom right hand corner.
I tried right clicking on the icon and pressed open, all it does is the SD icon appears on my menu bar as if it is opening and then disappears.
I tried exiting SD and then opening it from the start menu, same thing, icon appears in my menu bar indicating it is loading, then it disappears down to the system tray and runs minimised.
This effectively means I have no control over the settings of SD and can not set up my custom scans and the worse thing, SD says it has found over 100 infections and I can't open the application screen to look at what the infections are.
Please let me know that there is a solution and I am not alone. I'm this close to chucking away this product and going with something else.
