Roaming profile

I can't seem to get a roaming profile to work on an NT4.0. I hav a PDC and a work station. I creat the profile and copy it to the PDC: winnt/profile/username.
Whenever the user logs on to the PDC or the workstation, it says that the roaming profile is not found; the Local profile is executed instead.
