Smart Update Fails

I have renewed my subcription twice now and when I launch smart update still get "renew" message. Have uninstalled program...am using current version, etc. Please advise.

Hi mikemcgurk,

To check if you have the latest version, open Spyware Doctor and click on Help/About. This will display the current version you have installed. The latest version is Spyware Doctor 4.0. Spyware Doctor version 5.0 should be released soon.

Also check to see if you have renewed your subscription or purchased a new license subscription. If you have purchased a new license code instead of renewing please see the thread "Aol Problems With Renewing Subscription".
