Hi...I have an entry that is checked and does not show what it is. How do I find out what it is?
Thanks,
Deb

SilverBack that is a great site...thank you! I will certainly use it. Do you have any idea though, why I might have a check mark but no program listed to the right? It's just blank. I can't reference it to anything, cause its empty.
Thanks again for the site!
Deb

Hi Deb
You are welcome.
Have a look in regedit (take care when you mess with the registry)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Miccrosoft\Windows\Cur rentVersion\
for entries under Run, Run- , RunServices etc and remove those that you don't need.

Try Startup Cop from http://hotfiles.zdnet.com/cgi-bin/texis/swlib/hotfiles/info.html?fcode=000YKL
It's free, and will help you find out what it is, and get rid of it if necessary
