I hope this is in the right place but has anyone done a comparison of the following products?

PC Tools Disk Suite 2009

Desktop Maestro™ 3.0 for Windows

Norton Utilities

Norton Systemworks (Basic and/or Standard versions)

What makes them different?

Where are they the same?

Who does the best job for the money?

The 2 similar programs in this case is Norton Utilities and Desktop Maestro.
The other products are different if what they do.

For the differences, you can simply check the website and see which product suites your needs.

You can also install these products to see what they have to offer. Some functions may not work, but you at least have an idea what each program is capable of doing.
