What version of File Recover do you have installed?
And it would be great if you could provide a screenshot :)

My name is Mariatamis I read your post, I'm try to solve your problem Tell us your system specs and what version of the service pack your running ect.
That could be happening for lots of reasons. Like bad over clock settings old software for Sound/GFX cards/DirectX/Other Runtime to Motherboard Firmware. Can't say for sure. If you haven't already updated everything I'd advice you to start doing so now.
