Spyware Doctor Blocking All Internet?

I've been using Spyware Doctor for about 6 months, and have been very pleased with the service.

I use it on my Dell Dimension Desktop and my Dell Latitude laptop. Last week, I added the Antivirus feature, and it blocked the internet on both of my computers.

I removed the program from both computers, and they returned to normal. Today, I attempted to re-install Spyware Doctor with Antivirus on my desktop, and it blocked the internet again. Therefore, I uninstalled it a second time, and it now runs fine.

What gives?

The problem with your internet connection is caused by an existing LSP/s on your system that is not compatible with multiple LSP's in your system. Our latest release of Spyware Doctor version 6.1.0.447 is designed to detect any incompatible LSP's to prevent further internet connectivity issues, having that said once Spyware Doctor identifies any incompatible LSP/s it will not enable Email Guard which relies on the LSP to operate.

Send us the LSP Log:
1. Shut down PC Tools Spyware Doctor by right-clicking on the system tray icon and select "ShutDown".
2. Download the file from the link below:

3. Double click lspreq.zip and run LSP list reqeust.bat
4. Go to your Desktop and you should find a file "LSPList.txt"
5. Attach the file to this thread.
