I have a 3com FE575C nic card on my laptop. When I boot up at home on my SMC DSL router it starts like it should. When I plug into works ethernet, the windows splash screen is on for 15 minutes+ before window actually starts, it also takes this long when I am not connected to any network (no ethernet cable). My bootlog text is showing that the CONFIGMG is taking 12+ minutes to complete. How can this be fixed?
